TASC's Mission
Teens Advocating Smart Choices (TASC) is a student-led organization which promotes safe, smart, and responsible decision-making. TASC members strive to be a positive influence and want people to understand how much of an impact they have on others through their words, actions, and decisions. We encourage teens to do the "right thing" and to be positive influences on the community, to be kind and respectful of others, and to make healthy life-choices. TASC informs students about the damaging effects of such acts as underage drinking, distracted and reckless driving, drinking and driving, suicide, bullying, and drug use. It is our goal to celebrate peers who know what it means to be caring, responsible, and reflective.
